Personal Defense
   
    Personal Defense is an entity approved by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety to certify firearms instructors under the Minnesota Citizens Personal Protection Act, Minnesota statute 624.714.

    I offer NRA courses in basic pistol and personal protection in the home, and training for the Minnesota permit to carry a pistol. My permit training classes also satisfy the requirements for the Florida concealed weapons license, the New Hampshire and Pennsylvania permits. If you travel and want to be able to carry your pistol, you can carry in as many as 34 states depending on which permits you apply for. You can link to the website Handgunlaw.us from my links page to see which states honor which permits.

    Personal Defense is located in Lakeville, MN and the range requirements are completed at Burnsville Pistol Range in Burnsville, MN. I offer both individual and group training.

    I am very flexible on days and times for training, generally I am available Friday through Monday. Contact me and we can set up a day for your training.
